SpecialisedHGV has the largest network of training centres in the UK.
Our network ensures that 95% of the UK population is never more that one hour away from one of our centres.
We look towards offering the highest level of tuition within our HGV training facilities. It is one of the first things students look towards, which is why our HGV training in West Sussex focuses on it. After carrying out research, we know most of our clients would rather pay a little extra for superior tuition. Read on to find out more about the sort of tuition we offer as part of our HGV training programmes in the West Sussex area.
We always want to employ the best. We refuse to accept this is a finishing school for instructors in training. The only staff members students will find here are ones who have years of experience in the profession, including people with experience in driving on a professional level.
For a start, we look for good human beings. By good human beings, we mean people who have experience working with students and building bonds. One of the complaints learners had with HGV training was the fact that they could not bond with their tutors. We know from looking at the studies conducted into the teaching industry students who have some sort of connection with the person teaching them are much more likely to succeed.
As already mentioned, we also look for qualified educators with years of extensive experience. Ideally, they will have the knowledge of working in both the teaching and HGV driving industries, although we do make exceptions for candidates who excel.
Focusing on independent learning resources to supplement a lesson within HGV training in West Sussex is just plain wrong. When we show some of the rules of the road for HGV vehicles, we do it through our instructors. No client will find an unnecessarily complicated learning resource compensating for any inferior education. Everything is placed on the shoulders of tutors, and it is why we can only demand the best.
This also has another benefit. By reducing our reliance on independent learning materials, we cut our costs. Since we are not paying for these materials we can cut our costs and give an extra savings bonus to our clients. It is also simultaneously boosting the value for money factor of our course.
Putting the power into the hands of the people who teach our curriculums makes perfect sense to us. What doesn’t make sense is allowing a backroom team with no experience in teaching to dictate exactly how they should do their jobs. Here are the things instructors within the HGV Training Centre receive because of our looser approach to the way we train:
The HGV Training Centre trains over 200 people per month. We are the UK’s largest specialist vehicle training company, training for some of the UK’s biggest organisations.
